"the plug in windkat that I ordered  earlier on this year [2013] to use on my chimney flue,  is working well and has stopped all the downdraught, also it has improved the performance of our stove by increasing the heat output with a consistent regular burn, allowing the fuel on the fire to burn slower, but yet generates a high heat output,  and no smoke enters the room when opening the stove doors."
